Refunds & Returns Policy

At MJK Suppliers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided with the returned item.

Please note: Certain products, including perishable goods or items that have been opened, cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or faulty.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on the policy guidelines.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed as follows:

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, EFT, etc.).
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Products purchased as part of a clearance sale or marked as non-returnable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@mjksuppliers.com or call 076 054 6101. If the item is no longer available, we will offer a full refund or suggest an alternative product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the product and either provide a replacement or offer a refund, including the cost of return shipping.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
